Interclubs LNA - semaine de folie!

Le Tennis-Club de Nyon a vécu une très belle journée, mardi 5 août lors de la 3e journée des Interclubs LNA.

En effet, Nos joueurs ont brillamment lancé la compétition avec une première victoire éclatante sur le score de 4‑3 face à Froburg Trimbach.

David Jorda Sanchis et Marco Trungelliti ont été les véritables héros de cette rencontre, en remportant des rencontres décisives et en permettant à notre équipe de prendre un excellent départ dans la compétition !

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, ex-numéro 5 mondial, aligné en double avec Joss Espasandin, a porté les couleurs du TCN sur les courts de Bois-Bougy. Malgré leur défaite des centaines de passionnés s’étaient réunis pour l’occasion, dans une ambiance à la hauteur de l’événement !

Notre équipe en demi-finales samedi à Lucerne !

Magnifique surprise ! Notre équipe première a réussi l’exploit de se qualifier pour les demi-finales du championnat de Suisse de Ligue A. Après leur victoire mardi à Nyon, nos joueurs devaient remporter deux points à Zurich mercredi contre Grasshopper lors de la dernière rencontre. Mission accomplie grâce au succès en simple et en double (aux côtés de Marco Trungelitti) de David Jorda Sanchis.

Samedi à Lucerne, en demi-finales face au favori pour le titre, le TC Genève Eaux-Vives, le capitaine Sébastien Schneider alignera une équipe essentiellement composée de jeunes Nyonnais (Noah Karma, Noah Sauer et Kilian Martinez).

Des performances qui récompensent l’engagement et la qualité de nos joueurs ! Bravo !!

Les matches débuteront samedi à 12 heures à l’Allmend!

Ensemble, on poursuit l’aventure – rendez-vous ce samedi à Lucerne pour défendre nos couleurs. Allez Nyon !

What a fantastic week for our LNA Team and the Tennis-Club Nyon!

The Tennis Club of Nyon enjoyed a fantastic day on Tuesday, August 5, during the 3rd round of the LNA Interclubs.

Our players kicked off the competition in brilliant fashion with a spectacular 4‑3 victory over Froburg Trimbach.

David Jorda Sanchis and Marco Trungelliti were the true heroes of the match, securing key wins and giving our team an excellent start in the competition!

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, former world No. 5, proudly wore the TCN colors on the Bois-Bougy courts, playing in doubles alongside Joss Espasandin. Despite their defeat, hundreds of tennis enthusiasts gathered for the occasion, creating an atmosphere worthy of the event!

Our team is in the semi-finals this Saturday in Lucerne!

What a fantastic surprise! Our first team pulled off a great feat by qualifying for the semi-finals of the Swiss League A Championship. After their win on Tuesday in Nyon, our players needed to secure two points in Zurich on Wednesday against Grasshopper in the final round. Mission accomplished, thanks to David Jorda Sanchis, who clinched victories in both singles and doubles (alongside Marco Trungelliti).

This Saturday in Lucerne, facing the title favorites TC Genève Eaux-Vives, team captain Sébastien Schneider will field a lineup made up primarily of young Nyon talents: Noah Karma, Noah Sauer, and Kilian Martinez.

These outstanding performances reflect the dedication and skill of our players – Bravo!

The matches will begin Saturday at 12:00 PM at the Allmend!
